I have not yet seen Ex Machina, but I have been recommended the film by lots of people, and that is why I was so happy to realize that I can now watch the film for free online as a Prime member.
I have however seen the Ex Machina trailer and it seems to have a very interesting story. One of the main persons is the guy I remember from About Time. That was a romantic film, but in this film the guy plays a lucky guy who won a trip to a research facility. At the facility he meets some programmed persons and gets a special relationship to one of them, but things are not always that easy, and the real question in the end is who he can trust. The programmer or the works made by the programmer? Or is it all a big trick?
Ex Machina has a fantastic 92% score on Rotten Tomatoes at the moment and a 7.7/10 score om IMDB. If you want to watch it just press the links above and start watching and get yourself a Prime subscription if you want that.
