Arrival was one of the most praised movies in 2016, and in July 2017 the movie will be made available on Netflix. Ready to stream it?
The movie Arrival was nominated for as many as eight Oscars, but in the end it only received one statue for Best Sound Editing. It was also nominated for several Golden Globe prices, but yet again without actual winning the prices. Even though it might not have won lots of awards, the movie is still among the best movies released in 2016, and most people agree that Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Forest Whitaker did great jobs in their roles.

More about Arrival
The story in Arrival is a bit complicated, even though it is easy at the same time. For that reason some people get a bit confused as they watch the movie, and especially in the end. If you have seen the movie you get what I am writing about, if not, you have something to look forward to.
In Arrival several extraterrestrial aircraft’s land at different spots of the earth. We do not know anything about the aircraft’s, and for that reason people get insecure. Are they here to destroy the earth? Are they here with good intentions? In this plot Amy Adams, a fantastic interpreter, is selected as a person who will try to communicate with the aliens in the spaceships. Will she be able to communicate with the aliens? Do they have a language of their own?
The story develops throughout the film, and it becomes more and more important to actually understand what’s going on, if not, war might be the outcome.
At Metacritic Arrival has a score of 81/100, while the Rotten Tomatoes critics give it a 93% score. It should though be mentioned that the audience score for Arrival at Rotten Tomatoes is “only” 82%.
