I have just been suffering for a couple of hours trying to watch Amazon Prime and Amazon Instant Videos on an iPhone, but after a little bit of struggling I am now finished and can enjoy watching my Amazon Prime subscription on my iPhone in Europe.
Let me first tell you that it is really easy to watch Amazon Prime and watch Amazon Instant Video on iPad’s and iPhone’s in Europe even if you account is in the United States. You can just take a look at the following video, or follow the instructions as you will see them as you read on in this article. What caused me to fight for some hours was my lack of the Amazon Video application on my iPhone and to get hold of it I needed to get access to the US Apple Store, and that was suddenly harder than I though. If you already have the Amazon Video app that will not cause any problem for you, but if you haven’t got it yet and you can not find it and download it from the Apple Store, then you will probably find my description on how to fix it useful!

What is most important for this to work is that you will need to get yourself an Unlocator subscription. It is free to try it for seven days and if you like it afterwards the price is 5USD a month. The first seven days are completely free and you do not need to give them any payment information at all.
Now that you have this in order confirm your Unlocator account and log in to their control panel where you will find the IP addresses of two DNS servers that you will need to add to your iPhone or iPad settings.
The first thing you do is to enter the settings on your iOS device.
The second thing you do is to select WiFi options.
Now you select your Wi-Fi connection that you want to use and press the (I) button next to it!
Now you need to press the DNS string in the options and add the two DNS servers provided to you by Unlocator (at the moment they are 185.37.37.37 and 185.37.37.185). Separate them using a comma.
Once finished press the Wi-Fi text in the top left corner and your settings will be saved. You can now either restart your device or wait for a minute or two before the new settings will be working.
You can now watch Amazon Prime on your iPhone and iPad outside the US
Well, at least if you have the Amazon Video application on your iOS device. Because if you visit the Apple Store you will probably be able to download the Amazon program itself where you can shop lots of products. But, if you are in a nation in which Amazon Instant Video can not be found you will not be able to download the Amazon Video application which is needed for you to be able to watch the Amazon Prime videos and Instant Videos. In other words, to be able to download the Amazon Video application you will need to have an Apple ID in for example the United States which will give you access to the US Apple Store.
