As you may have noticed Amazon Prime in the USA is broadcasting most of the HBO TV series available, and as a result of this good partnership you can watch the different Veep seasons for free as an Amazon Prime member.
But what is Veep about? Is it worth spending my time watching this show? In the main role you can find Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who we better know as Elaine from Seinfeld (back in the days), and she is playing the role as Vice President of the United States. She is surrounded by some interesting and funny people, and she is quite a person herself who sometimes says stuff she should not have said and does things she should not have done.
You might call Veep HBOs answer to House of Cards on Netflix as they both deal with politics in close relationship to the President of the United States, but the atmosphere of these series are totally different. House of Cards is more serious and tense, while Veep is a comedy show where you will get yourself a good laughter and have a good time watching. Why not start watching the first episode of season 1 on Amazon Prime, and if you like it, go ahead and watch the rest of season 1, season 2, season 3 and season 4. And due to its great success season 5 has just been ordered for production, so you will have quite a lot of quality time in front of the TV if you start watching Veep.
You can also watch Veep on HBO Now and on NOW TV, so if you have a subscription to either of those services, you can go for watching it like that instead. But be aware of the fact that NOW TV has no support for subtitles, so if you are in need of subtitles, then you should for sure watch it on either HBO Now or Amazon. Have a good time!
